In preparation for the impending implementation of face-to-face classes, Brigada Eskwela 2022 was launched with emphasis on safe return of students in schools.

This year, the slogan "Tugon sa Hamon ng Ligtas na Balik Aral" highlights the importance of adherence to health protocols in ensuring the safe return of students to the schools. With the department's aim of implementing face-to-face classes, the challenge of making the students safe is more important than ever.

Meanwhile, in San Bartolome High School, teachers from different departments, volunteers and administrative staff will take schedules in preparing the school for the school year. This is to maintain social distancing as well as prevent super spreader that may endanger the safety of the people within the school.

The National Schools Maintenance Week also known as the “Brigada Eskwela” is an annual activity led by DepEd where everyone in the school community – including the private sector – work together to prepare schools for the opening of the classes.
